I personally think maybe 10 years, although love can really be at any age.

Well, age gaps when both are over 18 the only difficult thing with that is that since they are SO much older, it is a strong chance that the interests will be completely off, for example...

a 25 year old man dating an 80 year old woman

a 25 year old man likes to hang out with his buddies, maybe do active things and watch the football game.

Most 80 year old women like to play solitare, knit and over-feed her 30 kittens. So, it is OKAY to have an enourmous age gap when both are over 18, but the consquience is that the couples interests have a very high chance of not meeting up.

For it too work, i agree with you maybe 10-15 years should be the most, if you want interests and communication to be at its peek.

On the note of critisizm, since it would not be common to see a 25 year-old, and an 80 year-old accompaning eachother in a relationship based manner, you may recieve some unappreciated and rude comments on th enourmours age gap, but that is a breeze to get by if you do not care what others think of you (if you're 25 dating an 80 year, you'd better not).

So, the sucess rate of a 25 year old and an 80 year old, slim, very close to none.

If you have any questions on what i have summed up for you, please feel free to email me and i can gladly explain.

It depends on the age range. Obviously a 15 year old and 1 21 year old in college have very little in common. However if it's an older range, like 25 and older, it's more socially acceptable.
