You are old enough to vote so yes you have a voice but what exactly does your question mean? I am guessing that you are asking about immigration policy on which citizens could vote.

We have freedom of speech in the US, so that means everyone gets a say. That is sometimes to our disadvantage as we have to hear comments about how illegals shouldn't be vilified, or something to that effect.
