I have looked online and tried the local bookstores as well as Barnes & Noble and Borders and have not found it. If anyone has it or know where to get it that would be greatly appreciated. If you do provide a website please let it be one where you know in fact that is available there. Thanks all.

I don't think you are going to find these three together in a parallel Bible for this reason: The Life Application Bible is not a translation, but added notes, devotions, and reflections. You can get the Life Application Bible in many different translations.
A parallel Bible is only going to group translations together like this: New International, King James, and Amplified. It doesn't group Bibles together with their study guides, notes, and devotions.
