I went w/ a group of frds to six flags and I met a guy who came with us. he was shy. I put my number in his phone and found pics of me in his phone, i asked him about it and he said he "just felt like it". he would always playfully bump into me or sit next to my friend. he offered to walk back to the car to get my purse. after six flags he had to go home to chico and called me the next day and said he had fun and wanted to say goodbye. he called me the next day to say hi, he called me when we went to LA to see if i made it safe. he called me when my friend and i stopped being friends, and he called when i was mad to see if if i felt better, he clld when i had a minor headache. his frnds says he liks me but he has a on/off gf. he tells me prsnl scrts of his and listens to mine. he told me im hot but i dont know how he meant it. he calls me alot, & says im his #1 wife and jokes about being jealous of other guys, he says on a scale of 1-10 i am a 15 but his gf is 16...does he liek me?!

Oh yeach he likes you, but he probably likes his gf more.
Do you live in different cities? If so, he's sticking with his gf because you're not in the same city with him anyway.
You shouldn't be asking the question does he like me? because it's pretty clear that he does. You should be asking yourself what you should do because he got a gf and he's far so it's hard to work this thing out. Well.. you're young, so just have him as a special friend. You could still look around for other guys. As long as he still got a gf, you're not the only one in his mind, so don't go exclusive on this guy.
