how can u tell when a guys joking or serious for example when a guy says " hey sexy" or "i like you" or stuff like that but are kind of joking around ?

guys when u say stuff like that do u mean it ?

NORMALLY YES BECAUSE girls women usually intimidate males they are afraid of messing up on things and the female not liking them anymore THEN AGAIN WE DO LIKE TO JOKE AROUND HA HA LOL just kidding!!
