WE just got a new puppy and when he goes to the bath room he crys and scoots .. I dont know if He had The sore on his bottom when we got him..
Can I put Somthing on it to help him like neosporin on it or .. ITs a pomeranian..

I would call the vet. There are many problems that could cause the symptoms that you listed.

is his bottom swollen? Scooting and cry dogs mean a few diffrent things. Worms, Anal Gland Blockage, Constipation, or something that the dog ate that is stuck in the anal canal. All of these things your vet needs to check. Neosporin will only hide the fact there is something wrong inside. You need to keep it clean and dry and get a appointment to see the vet. you may need to get to the vet and have his anal glands expressed
