I'm an african american male and I want to get looser hair not bone cry but, loose curly hair, that WILL BE ABLE TO GET WET and have that slicky wet look when i'm in the shower :)
I found a picture of an african american with loose type hair, you can see it clearly but you can tell it's not nappy, how can I get hair like this?

you need to use a texturizer. If you want to try and do it yourself go into the beauty supply store to the men's section and you can find one.

my first thought is that you have to be born with hair like that. my second thought is get a curly perm. good luck!
