Are these secrets so morally substantial that your conscience is affected by keeping them? Or is it simply that you are an expressive person that has a hard time feeling like you are hiding things.
If it's work related, and in your role it is part of your job description to keep management materials or strategies to yourself as a matter of confidentiality, then you have to detach yourself from any feelings of guilt or guilt by ommission.
If it's morally reprehensible, either you need another job, or talk to your HR. Not sure of the size of your company, but most organizations have compliance standards. You could always reach out to HR if you are being asked to keep quiet about things that go against company standards.
But again, if it's a function of your job, detach. You accepted a role and the responsibilities that come with it. That is your justification to yourself for it and should help ease your conscience.

Stress is what you make of it. So how do I deal with stress at work? I ignore it, pay it no attention. when you start acknowledging stress, or more to the point having anxiety over it, it seems to grow. the more it grows the more anxiety you get. so its kind of like a cancer. don't let it grow. When all else fails, and I need to take it all out on an inanimate object. I go to the arcade and find a good old fashioned pin ball machine and smack a chrome ball around for a little while.
So you know stuff that your coworkers don't, big deal. Are you at work to make friends, or get work done?
Are you stressing over what they may think of you if they found out you knew something and didn't let them in on it? Again big deal, what are they going to do, fire you?
For the most part I like to tell people "I don't get stressed, I give stress." which is a true statement. from my subordinates to my supervisor.

Being in upper management, I too am forced to keep a lot of things from employees........but you have to realize it's best for their moral and for the company. To beat stress I go straight to the gym after work and work off all my stress. It's helped me a lot.
