If you go to the Williamsburg home page - go to the dining section - there are several restaurants that serve colonial fare, and they have menus printed right there - you can pick what you need.

They ate a lot of bread and fruit, wild gamebirds and farm raised chickens. Pretty much they ate anything that they could grow, bake, pick or hunt by themselves. Try www.wikipedia.com for some more ideas...

They ate the same "main" things we eat today, it was just cooked in a different fashion, hearths and open fires
