Go to a book store. Don't go online to discipline A lot is parental instinct. Plenty of books you can read once they're in bed.

My 2 favorite books are "Love and Logic Magic for 0-6" by Jim Fay and "1-2-3 Magic" by Thomas Phelan. Jim Fay has an awesome website www.loveandlogic.com. He teaches through storytelling and is very easy to read. He is the keynote speaker at our school district's parenting fair every other year.
