That's information for international wire transaction. I suggest you remove the post because it's a very detailed bank info of that person, unless it's a company then it doesn't matter.

BLZ means bank inditification code
Konto means account
IBAN and SWIFT needed by your local bank here to know where to send the money.

The information below that, is the address of the bank to match the information after your local bank is ready to transfer.

You cannot send them a check. A German or german bank can´t do anything with a US check. Germans do not use checks. You will have to go to your bank with this information (the BIC and IBAN are all that is really necessary) and make an international electronic transfer.

Correct me if I am wrong but isn't one of the numbers on top an ACCOUNT number? Better hope there are no other German speaking people here...

It does look like a scam. Let me tell you where the check really goes...

That is totally non-legible to me.
Hey, better be careful your not involved in a scam.
Some beautiful woman (or man) who is perfect and wants to come be with ya..
be weary, cause some of them are really good. I am building a website dedicated to these scammers.
