What is your question?

The "Federal Privilege" argument is one used by Tax Protesters. They claim that if you don't receive a privilege from the federal government that the government has no right to tax you.

Of course, they are incorrect. This has no basis in law and has been soundly defeated every time that it has been used as an argument in a tax protester's trial.
