"I'm sorry. I was wrong to _______. You have every right to be upset with me. How can I make this up to you?" (that last part is most important)

Honesty is the best policy. I used to hate it when my teachers or parents used to tell me that but growing up and living it I finally realized that it's the best thing. Just say you're sorry. Let her know how you feel and she'll understand. It takes a big person to admit they're at fault. Good luck !

You should tell her you are sorry. Only if you mean it. Then look at her with puppy eyes and say 'I want you to forgive me'.
