Does anyone know how to create check boxes in Microsoft Word 2002?

Are you creating a form?
Do you want the box symbol? It is in Insert, Symbol, then select a commonly used font like Tmns Roman and insert the box. If you choose an odd font, and open the file on a different PC, you may get a different symbol.

For check boxes on a form: I don't have Word2002 but you must have the Forms Toolbar. cl View, Toolbars, Forms.

Where you want the checkbox, click the appropriate button on the Forms toolbar.
