Most definitely, it gets extremely OLD in a hurry. I think they should have Y! Answers sectioned off - an area for 18 and over to post questions/answer, and a section for 17 and under.

I understand where you are coming from but these kids have a right to use yahoo answers just as much as anyone else. As with most free things there will be things you dislike about it. My advice to you is to act like an adult not answer the kiddies questions if they annoy you so much.

PS-You may want to classify what you mean by 'real problems', just because someone is not having the same problems as you are doesn't mean they are any less real.

No. I wish there was a site like this when I was 12-15. I am OK with them asking question cause i wanted to know the same things back then...heck even now.
When I see a kids question, i usually try to answer it as best as I can and not be a jerk or anything.

Yep, but i just choose not to answer the silly questions and move on to something interesting.
I guess at that age, it seems really important. lol
Ah....to be that carefree again that the only thing i worry about is the guy who looked at me while i was walkin in the hall outside the science room. lol
OMG>>>>did that mean he liked me????
Stay strong with us girl.
Some of it is quite humorous because of the innocence. lol
Good luck

I think some kids have legitimate questions but you're right....there are ALOT of kids on here asking really silly, trivial questions. If it is a serious question I can understand that but the silly ones about fighting over a pair of jeans because you owned them first and your friend bought the same pair is just plain silliness...

No, I think it's fun, and if something I tell these kids helps them out with what they feel like is a very important part of their life then that's great. Don't you remember how it felt back then?

Why can't we all just get along? There is enough space on here to post as many stupid questions as you like. If you don't like it skip it. I was going to skip this one, but I just had to throw in my two cents. By the way I want my change.
