How much do Quaker Parakeets cost at petco in houston?

To all of you people that answered my question: thank you but I am a breeder & know much about birds, so I just wanted to know how much the pet store sold them for because I already called them & none could give me an answer.

Hi there. Really research these birds first. Provide the appropriate diet and space. They are very noisy and can be destructive without proper training. The cost of the bird will vary depending on species. I would say 125-250 dollars. They require a lot of attention. Good luck on your search. Be sure it is tame and weened. Have a tweet year

It might be better to go to petco and ask. It most likely has a price range that varries. Plus all the supplies and all, the Quaker is the least of price worry. There is the cage, food, space, vet trips, more food...first of all, is it even okay to have one where you are? (eep! I don't mean to be rude or mean, it's just better to find out first that get one, and return it.)

i believe they are around 400 but they are worth it you have to find out about them and its very important they have to have big cage and alot of attention.
