OK, first off, I am an atheist. And I am asking anyone, preferably a Christian, to challenge my question with proof.
My question is how to get into heaven.
I know about the John 3:16, I read the Bible before. Now, I read through Luke. Read Luke 10:25-28. Now, read Luke 18:18-22. OK, after that, read Luke 14:26-33.
See this? You have to honor your father and mother and HATE your father and mother as well.
OK, read John 6:53-54 and Matthew 18:2-3. Continue on... Read John 3:3-8. Then read Matthew 5:17-20. Then John 3:16. But I'm sure you know John 3:16.
Now, here is the total list of things Jesus has said that you need to do to get into heaven, in order.
Love everyone
Sell everything
Hate everyone and sell everything(this must be important, it was mentioned twice)
Eat the flesh and drink the blood of Jesus
Be like a little child
Be a born again infant
Follow the 613 Laws of the Old Testament and be like a Pharisee
Believe in Jesus
Try and prove me wrong, please.

No, I'm asking how it's possible to get into heaven when Jesus asked us to LOVE AND HATE EVERYONE. Which does not make sense. But Jesus is supposed to be God, and God is supposed to be perfect. He didn't make a mistake. So how are you supposed to LOVE AND HATE EVERYONE. Then there's the part about SELLING EVERYTHING. You have to sell everything, your house, your car, your computer, your bed, etc. EVERYTHING. You obviously have not. So that means you're not getting into heaven. -.-"

How is someone supposed to get into heaven if they're supposed to be doing ALL THOSE THINGS?! I mean, look, you have to sell EVERYTHING, then LOVE AND HATE EVERYONE. Then you have to eat the flesh and drink the blood of Jesus. Then you have to believe in Him(that part, it's simple, easy enough, sure). Then you have to be like a Pharisee and follow the 613 Laws of the Old Testament? No, that doesn't make sense.

No, I would like someone to disprove me. I am interested in HOW it would work if it's impossible? When you have to love AND hate everyone. Then you have to sell everything. Then you have to be like a Pharisee and follow all the Laws of the Old Testament. I'm serious! Come on, you can't hate and love everyone at the same time! It's not possible.

It's simple. You're not chosen by Him. So be happy you don't have to believe it.

You have #1 on the list right, you should love others and be kind.
#2 Honor your father and mother-ok that's all good.
#3 Hate your father and mother- an important thing to remember is that the bible is a translation and sometimes the meaning is lost. If we are reading for the meaning, then you can see that we must love the Lord (we prove our love by following his commandments) even if that love will cause us to be ostracized by our parents or any other person.(see Matt 10:37)
#4 The eating of the flesh and drinking of the blood is another way of saying to take the sacrament. (see Mark 14:22 and Luke 22:19)
#5 Yes, we are to be humble as a little child(do not confuse child-like with childish)(be sure to add verse 4 to your Matthew 18 reference)
#6 In John 3:3-8 it talks about a spiritual rebirth(a change of heart), not a physical rebirth.
#7 Matthew 5:17-20 never says that we have to live the 613 laws of the OT. it says, "...one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled." The Law of Moses was fulfilled when Christ gave himself as a sacrifice for all of our sins. Laws like sacrificing lambs were symbolic of the Father's sacrifice of his Son and were put in place as a test of obedience.
#8 Yes we must believe in Him. True belief means that we will follow all of his commandments willingly.
If there are any holes in the defense of my belief, please let me know so that I can repair them.

You miss both context and discernment. When someone asks a long question like you did, I used to answer them. I don't like to anymore. So I will take a few, and perhaps someone else will take a few. So here it goes:
1) Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved. You can choose which one of those others you want to trust in ( as if you would, so what's really the point?) , I'll lean on him fro this one.
2) atheists are always taking things out of context, mainly because they don't have the eyes to see and the ears to hear. I think Jesus said that too! ( ;
3) Sell everything. That was one person asking Jesus himself what he he must do to be saved. THAT was personal to him. To the rich young ruler. Jesus percieved that it was the riches that he had that the man trusted in, and it would always get in the way of following after Jesus. Jesus knew that. We sometimes call that a 'Besetting Sin.' A Besetting Sin will be one thing to me, and another thing to you. Everyone has their own, some may have it in common, but it is nonetheless personal. Jesus was NOt saying that EVERYONE had to do it. Just that guy.

First of all you can't just take things out of context. Jesus said it plain and simple, "I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. No one come to the Father but thru Me." Belief in Jesus Christ is the ONLY way to heaven. In Luk 10:25-28 a lawyer ask Jesus a ? and He answered it. Luk 18:18-22 is about the rich young ruler who put riches before all things, Jesus was correcting him. Luk 14:26 is in comparison to one's devotion to Christ. one's family ties must be secondary. 1)You need to Love as He loves us, 2) Sell everything- No, Jesus pointed out that he put riches before everything else. 3) Be born again- Man will see things as the world does, once born again "of The Spirit" then man will see things as God does. 4) Pharisee- Were hypocrites and liers Jesus said, put themselves above everyone. Read the bible with a concordance it will show you. Take care brother.

First of all, not everyone will go to heaven. In Revelation chapter 14: "And I saw, and, look! the Lamb standing upon the Mount Zion, and with him a hundred and forty-four thousand having his name and the name of his Father written on their foreheads. 2 And I heard a sound out of heaven as the sound of many waters and as the sound of loud thunder; and the sound that I heard was as of singers who accompany themselves on the harp playing on their harps. 3 And they are singing as if a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders; and no one was able to master that song but the hundred and forty-four thousand, who have been bought from the earth."
144,000 will go to heaven and rule as kings and priests under Christ Jesus.
For the rest of us, the Bible gives us this promise at Psalm 37:10 and 11: "And just a little while longer, and the wicked one will be no more;
And you will certainly give attention to his place, and he will not be. But the meek ones themselves will possess the earth,
And they will indeed find their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace."
Also in Psalm 37:29: The righteous themselves will possess the earth, And they will reside forever upon it."
So the Bible gives the promise that those of us who are not among the 144,000 'bought from the earth' will live on the Earth forever.
Secondly, according to Luke 14:26-33, you must hate your own soul as well. When Jesus says this, what he means is not that we should hate them, but that we should not love them at the expense of God's commandments and our devotion to God. The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 7:32-33: "Indeed, I want YOU to be free from anxiety. The unmarried man is anxious for the things of the Lord, how he may gain the Lord’s approval. But the married man is anxious for the things of the world, how he may gain the approval of his wife, and he is divided."

There is only one way to heaven. That is through faith and belief that Jesus is the son of God and that He died and rose again to save you. Everything else is immaterial when it comes to salvation. It is faith not works that saves you.
" for God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life"
- John 3:16
I have no doubt that you've read that verse.
Look I know you say you're an atheist but you seem to have some curiousity about Christianity. I suggest you go to your church and ask to speak to someone face to face to answer your questions. I'm not saying that you should take everything they say on face value but at least keep an open mind.
It can't hurt just to talk to someone.

Go to a good bible believing church on Sunday morning, example Assembly of God, Independent Assembly, Pentecostal Holiness, or Non Denominational church. If you feel in your heart that you want to be saved, respond to the alter call, or ask to pray with someone after the service is over, if there is no alter call. You will repent of all the sins that you ever committed, be sorry for them and ask for forgiveness from them and be willing to turn away from them. Next you will accept Jesus into your heart, by asking Him to come , and be your Savior. Mean it with all your heart and you are saved. This will get you started on the Christian path, you need to read the bible daily to learn more about God. You will pray daily and go to church regularly. The salvation part is a free gift, bought and paid for by Jesus Christ. Its your responsibility to grow as a Christian, so be faithful to the house of God.

Wow! This one is easy, here goes. Stop trying to figure this out based on your limited ability to prove or disapprove everything. And let me ask you a question, since you must have physical proof of everything before you can accept it, are you even employed? And if you are, I know you get paid every week BEFORE you do any work right?" I mean I know you don't work and just have faith that the company is going to pay you at the end of the week, like everyone else in America. No, not you.

Your reading it all. Why try to prove you wrong? What are you looking for? Maybe you should talk to a counselor? a Minister? To take the bible and turn it upside down as you are trying to, will only keep you confused. Open-up your heart and try to turn to the lord for guidance.
