You can check out these sites..
1)Computerized weapons aim at increasingly specific targets
2)Improving Computing Security during the Development of DOD Computerized Weapons Platforms (1998)
3)Autonomous warfare is the theoretical state in which pre-programmed computerized weapons systems automatically respond to threats to the state they protect without human commands - although human beings may still make political or even strategic and operational decisions.

Check out stuff at globalsecurity.org.

Even check out some of the defense contractor sites such as Boeing, Lockheed, Martin Marietta, Raytheon, General Electric, etc. Also google this: Jane's Defense Weekly. They have a bunch of items related to that topic. At your local library, see if they have any Jane's Defense Encyclopedias or magazines...even Aviation Week and Space Review.
