My Pug was in heat and mated with another pug but continued to bleed afterwards, does this mean she isnt pregnant or do dogs continue to bleed even after becoming pregnant?

They can, but I would call your vet to be sure everything is okay with the female.

You clearly aren't a registered breeder, take your dog to the vets and get it desexed.
