Christian = hypocrite.

It's sad to see that hypocrisy is the biggest response to this question. Christianity is based on God forgiving us for our transgressions. A lot of people seem to think that it gives us license to continue on in that vein since the thinkig is, "we'll be forgiven". HOWEVER, that's not what the Bible requires of us or what Jesus said. Christianity is all about being rightly related to the Creator of this universe through the sacrice of His own Son. He set forth laws by which we are to abide and, it turns out, these laws exist because they are what's for our best, not some arbitrary laws: do this, don't do that! It also turns out that only those who actually do obey are truly Christian. Many, many, many claim they are but the book of Hebrews says that without obedience there is no salvation. Does that scare me? You bet, but I've also learned that it says in the book of Psalms, You know that I am but dust of the earth. I guess that would be why God is so willing to forgive those who truly want to be forgiven.

When I hear the Name Jesus, I think about my redemption which came throug repentace and faith in Him as saviro and Lord. I saw myself in the Light of Gods Law, realizizng, I had sinned against God by lying and stealing and afornication and covetousness. I repented of my sins and trusted in jesus, and I have been forgiven and granted everlasting life. I am now a beliver and follower of Jesus christ, and am eternally thankeful. my thoughts of the name Jesus, resound as the Old hymn Jesus, Jesus, theres something about that name, master, savior Jesus. there is another Hymn that says "kings and Kingdomes will all pass away, but his Nma eiwll live forever." and so it is true, he is King and he is Lord and savior of my life.
God Bless

I am glad Jesus took our sins away with His death on the cross.
I am glad that I am a Christian as I believe that God sent His Son that none should die but all who believe in Him will have eternal life.

As you believe, so shall you recieve.
