Lefty-
It sounds like he is playing you. Since he is leaving, I would warn him not to let the door hit him on his way out. Good riddance. Find someone who will not mess around between you and a friend. Sounds like he went to you only after things didn't work out between him and your former friend. You are better off without him.

I say don't tell him. Ask yourself this..He is only back in your life because things didn't work out with the other girl. In addition he is leaving so of course he wants to have some sort of something before he goes. I would just wait until he comes back and see what happens..

You know the things that we regret the most are..." what if..."
Not knowing is going to be murder on you, believe me. Tell him exactly how you feel and sometimes you just have to put your heart out there to be loved or to be broken. These feelings may not be new but perhaps just stored away for this exact moment. It sounds to me like you two were meant to be....you know the old saying if you love something, let it go; If it comes back it was meant to be.
You have that scenario so go for broke and let your feelings be known. Chances are good that he has some feelings for you.

well just be care how you express yourself because you probably want to know how he is feeling about yo right now. you probably dont want to get to attached because he is going to the marine you will in up doind a long distance thing that doesnt really work out. for the first couple of month he is at boot camp he will barely get to talk to you. so just be care and keep in mond the future.

I think its not a good fact to think that after breaking up with his gf that badly a friend of yours he will come back to you as if nothing happened after all the time both of you didn't talk to one another. anyway going back to your question,.. In my opinion I think you must tell him what you feel before he might left you forever. It is better to be a stupid for sometime than to regret your wiseness for a lifetime....

Just let things happen and tell him how you feel. Things can either go up or stay the same from there but it'll be good to get it off your chest.

You don't want to keep thinking what could have happened, So my advice would be to tell him.

Let things happen. Guys don't usually want to hear about your feelings.
