Don't even bother: it's really frustrating. You'll get over it, after a while. They are just so stuck in their belief... I think America is pretty much the only Christian country in the world where so many people who can afford to get an education still believe in creationism (57% of the population... I know, that's scary!).
Do they realize that you can think that evolution is the truth and still believe in God? And just use the Bible as moral guidance? Nor me: I'm an atheist. But that's what educated Christians do all over the world. Actually, even Christians who are not THAT educated, even those who just went to school!

Hey, yah, i mean you need to realize people in this day and age still believe THE EARTH IS FLAT!!!
www.theflatearthsociety.org
and people believe in Scientology... so basically, if you get to someone at the right time, you can make em believe anything. People think the world is 6000 years old, and that God made trees with rings pre-installed. What is wrong with people!
Thats what happens when you take stories to literally.

You want to say they evolved, I want to say they were created, and the mutated. Is there a difference? You won't believe me, and I won't believe you. I say this with all my respect towards your beliefs, but honestly, why pressure me? You challenge my beliefs, and I will challenge yours. But will either of us get anywhere? No, maybe, but not really. So can't we just be friends, call it even? Honestly, all I want is to answer questions truthfully, I don't want to be challenged, dared, spat at, or cussed out.
And for the record, I am the "anyone" who wants to say that God (notices the CAPITAL G) created those two animals in the picture. And for the record, you might think I believe in fairytales, but my eyes see perfectly thank you.:-) "Open the eyes of my heart oh God, I wish to see you." --Psalms.
Maybe I am wrong, but that is my business, why challenge it?
If God is a fairy tale, let my fairy tale bless you. And if my blessing is a curse in your eyes, don't take it personally...I mean it sincerly.

Because most people are not particularly bright. The average IQ is 100. Find somebody whose IQ is exactly 100 and talk to them. Ask them a few basic questions about science and history and economics and mathematics and I think you'll find they are ignorant or misinformed on almost any subject you raise with them. They are going through life doing almost no critical thinking. Their brain is simply a receptor for whatever happens to be on televison.
People are for the most part stupid.
Sad, but true.

The "Theory" of Evolution is the Evolutionist's pathetic and feeble attempt to convince themselves that they can not and will not accept the fact that there is a greater and higher power than Humans. Science wants to be God. Well, I'm sorry to inform you that spot's already been taken (if you hadn't already noticed)..... HOW DARE YOU and the likes of you have the unmitigated audacity and complete ineptitude to take God's magnificent creation of Mankind and equate them to the mere lineage of a "monkey". You my friend (and I use that term loosely). are in serious jeopardy of your very soul. If you could only fathom the power behind the dangers that lie in wait before you. Your thirst for answers comes by way of sorrow and the pressing need to drain your fears with a rancid decay of misguided thoughts . To understand the light of truth means crossing paths of violent storms which hinder your view and conceal your doubts. Time is short but God is forever. Make no mistake, the life you choose will seek your fate, and demand your soul which lies in wait. The "fornication" of Evolution is based on foundations of archaeological discoveries that science itself can't explain. Tragically enough, the mystery which unfolds here is that, the blind assumptions of the origins of Humanity are so wrought in unsound studies of speculation and mere conjecture, that for one to believe in a solid connection beteween man and beast for proof in theory, is akin to grasping at the need to exist soley for the purpose of dying. WE WERE NEVER MEANT TO DIE!! God created Mankind in His image and in His likeness. To live forever............ with Him!!

Cuz evolution does'nt make sense. Evolution says the "big bang" happened. If the big bang happened than why is it that all planets, stars, sun, moons stopped in space when theres no gravity, have perfect circular shaped, design, colors, patterns and orbital systems? In order for there to be a creation there has to be a CREATOR! In order for there to be a design there must be a DESIGNER! God created all my friend. Read the bible, not a book written by a scientist.

I don't believe in evolution because I have seen some of the evidence against that point of view.
I also don't believe in evolution because there are too many things evolution can not explain. (How did life begin from non-living matter? How did a-sexual life evolve into sexual organisms. How did ancient men make sculptures and drawings that look exactly like dinosaurs if they had never seen one? etc.)

There are a few reasons why. First, because as Darwin was dying, he denounced most of what he taught. Second, because evolution is STILL a theory. And finally, it takes more faith to believe my moma was a fish and my daddy was a chimp than it does to believe God created me. I don't care how wise and intelligent science thinks it is, it's still foolishness to the almighty and all-knowing Creator of the Universe.

Maybe Adam an Eve were the first real humans, civilized humans, that had evolved from apes, or whatever.
Science and Religion shouldn't be enemies. I think that they reinforce eachother.
