Seems like I read an article about Africa and that there was a bunch of orphanages because of AIDS. That seems so sad that a child would have to grow up with out parents and a family.
Why don't they let more people adopt orphans? Even in the USA Children shouldn't have to grow up alone.

OMG there are many many orphans in africa. War and diease plagues most of the east african countries. My ex fiance was from east africa he was orphaned at 12 Its so very sad. I think i heard she got her kid from Kenya. Africa has so many problems I feel so bad for those children.
Even the poorest places in america have it better than africa. I dont think americans truley appriecate what we do have. Me and my ex lived not middle class but our bills were paid and we had food. Everymonthy we sent between 200-300 to his brothers in africa they could go for a few weeks on that money. We have it great here regaurdless of what people think.

What Madonna did in Africa was illegal. in order to adopt a child in Africa you have to live in the village for two years
I wish more people would realize the poverty in the u.s.

the child she is adopting is not an orphan...his father is alive..the mother died
