I have seen countless videos of people attempting to do it. They always end up vomiting. What is the science behind it? Is it only milk, or is it a gallon of any liquid?

Milk is EXTREMELY hard to digest. It causes more health problems than benefits.

Here are some facts to consider:
-NO other animal on Earth drinks the milk of another species
-NO other animal drinks milk after infancy (it is helpful in the first weeks of life for the immune-building colostrum and is rich enough to assist in early growth)
-milk is even harder to digest when combined with other foods
-the calcium in milk is very hard to absorb - making it a not-so-great source of calcium
-milk is full of the antibiotics and hormones used in the feed of cattle - which we end up ingesting when we drink the milk and it damages our immune systems and causes imbalances to develop in the body

ANY liquid should be consumed slowly - a half-gallon is too much to hold in our bodies all at once.

Its not just milk its anything that comes from an animal..because the drink has to settle long enough..the exact estimated time for drinking a gallon of milk is 2hr 47min 1.5seconds
well i hope this helps
best luck!

Thank heavens that happens. Are you aware of the lady who drank two gallons of water in a short period of time and died about a week ago. (contest) Too much water dilutes down our electrolytes and causes imbalance between the brain and organs like the HEART!!!!!
