Its ok why rush it? Have fun, your 16! Act like your sweet and charming self but then also take some initiative. Ask some of these girls out! Or if thats not really your thing, make friends with your crushes first and then find someone you really click with. Don't force things though and you will have that special someone before you know it. Good luck! :D

well one, try looking for a grl that you really like.
then start flirting a little with her. After that ask her out ( make sure that you ask her out at the right time), if she says yes, then on your date try to kiss her( wait for the right moment) and BINGO, there you have it, you got a grlfriend.
oh, and this all doesn't happen in just a week if you were wondering, it takes time.

sorry hunny but there's no magic way to just get a gf. its a waiting game. just keep up being nice, sweet, etc...confidence is a major thing! and it will come :) good luck :)

Go mingle at parties. meet new people. go hang out more often. tell friends to indtroduce u to new girls. that should work.
