Germs and bacteria can sometimes be our friends. They are widely used in medicine. Anti-biotic and penicillin come from bacteria. We all have bacteria in our intestinal tract that help us digest our foods that would otherwise rot much more inefficiently. The gas that the produce which is mostly sulfur is our gas that we pass. There are also theories that the first living organisms were bacteria and that we come from them.

because without a certain amount of germs, we wouldn't have the antibodies to fight off illnesses. Having a certain amount of germs is like a coat protecting you from the rain and wind.

The bacteria in your intestines helps you to digest your food, without it, you'd either have diarrhea or be constipated all the time.
