Was it a mistake!? No, it was a disgrace! All the above people who said otherwise ought to b ashamed of themselves. The people in our military should behave better than that.
K3s do you have conscience the guy had to break the chain of command because he was unsure of how far up it went. To "snitch, Rat, inform," what ever you call it takes an inner courage that none of the other conformist who were complicit to the abuse had, he is the only one worthy of the uniform. That chain of command BS is the same lame excuse that the SS officers used at Nuremberg

First of all, you cannot spell it.
Second, you lie about what went on. There was no torture, only personal humiliation.
Third, terrorists get treated better than our soldiers.
Finally, this is a typical question from you. You misrepresent the facts to spread anti-American propaganda.
The mistake with the whole situation is allowing the communist media in America to constantly run the photos.

The mistake was the person who took the issue outside of his chain of command. The whole thing should have been handled within the military and not made public. Making it public has only served to fuel hatred in Iraq and far beyond. That is to say that the greater good was not served. The blood of a lot of people, Iraqis, US military, and maybe even some Britons is on the hands of the rat who chose to make the issue public.
