To be godly you just have to torture/kill anyone who doesn't kiss your asse. You do worship the god of the bible don't you?

Walking with God or walking with evil is a choice. The choice is pretty simple.
The One True God has created heaven and earth and everything in it. He loved you so much that after man sinned that He continued to call out to humans and give them plan, purpose, joy, health, porsperity and a choice of eternity with Him. He so loved you that he sent Jesus to die and then be raised to life that you too may have life abundantly! To be freed from all evil...things like greed, hate, lust of the flesh, the lust of the eye and the pride of life. God doesn't even want you to be sad but to rejoice and be at peace and rest. It doesn't mean that you won't have troubles in your life but that He will be there, help you, heal you and love you...always forgiving and merciful to you. He is the couselor, He has provided the Holy Spirit to influence you in the word and way that He would like you to go, He is the all wise God. And the beginning of wisdom is to fear God and to know the Holy One is understanding. The book of Proverbs is the book of 'ruling things'. Please study it and you will know about the working of evil and the working of good. The One True God is not a man that He can lie...He is Truth itself!!
The other choice is the evil one who may fool you with temperary fun but it doesn't last it leaves because he can not supply real substance to your life or truth, because he is the father of lies, he caused death to enter the world so every human dies, so mankind does terrible things because of the lust of the flesh, the lust of theeye and the pride of life. Evil has caused all wars, greed, hatered, every evil thing humans can think of to do to all as well as themself. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that to walk with God is a Win Win choice.
The One True God is also the Judge of the whole earth and all mankind. He has established right and just decrees that humans would know how to live in peace and quiet, but it is man that insist on going out side those commands and therefore all mourn and evil has its way on the earth. But everyone will die and come before the God of justice and righteousness. Choose life or death it's up to you this is not a practice run, you will decide where you will spend eternity, in heaven or endless consuming fire.

Well that's kind of a strange question since we do not know how willing you already are. Yet, in the real case of willingness for a Christ, people imagine it as something complicated and dull. And to be honest with you, even I wouldn't serve a God that most of these people on Y!A describe.

This is a great question, and I assure you that God will answer your quest. Unfortunately, the secret is to die to self. Not a literal death, but the death of the old man in us; the flesh, if you will, that cannot coexist with the perfection of the Father.
Now, this death hurts as bad or worse than the real thing. But the blessings on the other side are well worth the temporary pain of shedding our old selves in favor of our new man, infused with the mind of Christ.
I admire you. Many "Christians" never ask this question, and never die to self. I have a feeling you are serious, and deserve a serious answer. God bless you!

Spend time with Him, walk in all His ways, love Him, serve Him, observe his commands and decrees. Deuteronomy 10:12. Read the Bible, pray. It can be a change that happens overnight, but many times, it isn't. Get rid of the world. Put it behind you. and NEVER look back.

Pray and ask God for help and a desire that will be after His own heart. As a Christian you are going to make mistakes, but you must repent, and keep on going.
and just as superman below said: Learning to die to self. The biggest roadblock you will come across in life is yourself. As you begin to die to self then the power/love of God will begin to flow through you more effectively.

1) pray to God through Jesus' name on a regular basis
2) read whole bible to get an understanding of God's purposes
3) attend bible meetings for uplifting talks and association
4) boldly tell others about what you learn in the bible
5) try to live your life according to the bible

talk to Him as if he were your best friend(He is)in talking to Him your also praying to Him He knows your heart,its people that make it hard to follow Him,your expected to do certain things having a list to follow/// read the bible it will tell you all you need to know get interested in some of the stories of the bible they are interesting ask God for help Hes there for you
