Seems like we always want what we can't/don't have.
Maybe the timing just isn't right between the two of you. No spark to keep you both together. Maybe he's not the guy for you and it's time to move on.
You could approach him and ask him out, have lunch together, a walk around the block..something where you could get some time to talk with each other. It's not easy to talk while watching a movie...you don't get the chance to find out anything about each other.
Good luck in finding out what you really want.

Well welcome to young love---this is a sample of the issues millions of young people endure. How you handle them becomes a maturity issue--first off--school is the most important thing in your life. dating and social lives will be second thought stuff. If you are this confused about a guy--you will find he probably will be around later, so get on with your life and let nature take its course. After all this commontion you may not even like him. Or you feel the way you do because you want to know him better but he may not be ready. Or he isn't interested in you---NEWSFLASH---not everyone will be interested in you--so get used to it, it happens and that is life. Be friends, and be cool---no need to fuss and fume over this or any guy---NEVER. Lesson in life----let things happen as time goes on---and if it doesn't happen--it wasn't meant to be...SMILE, and have a nice life.

If you go on feeling like you do,you'll never know what would happen. you have to approach him. start up a conversation. if you do nothing, maybe nothing will happen. but if you take a chance maybe something will happen. take a chance, you only live once. tell him theres something interesting about him,and youd like to get out and do something with him. if he doesn't seem interested alt least you'll know, and you can move on. go get him girl!

GO up to him and ask him out. If your too scared then just keep hanging around him and if that doesn't work than give him a note that says it all.

If you are not sure if you like him, you don't.
Try checking out other guys and see what you are missing.
