usually a 15 amp fuse, but you can get a repair manual for any vehicle from an auto supply for around $20. just get the one which is just for your vehicle. if it isn't in stock, they can order it.

Most people here don't know that Ford lets you download owners manuals for free from their website!
Unfortunately they only go back to 1996
However I'm pretty sure that there's very little difference between 1994 & 1996 for the fuses & relays section.
Here's the link for the 1996 F150 owners manual:
http://www.genuineservice.com/genuineservice/en/gloveboxresults
The info that you are looking for is on pages 354-364
I hope this helps.

Go to Auto Zone; look for your vehicle in their Haynes Repair Manual, and towards the back it should have a picture of your fuse box.
If you are not able to do this, then simply go to the Ford Dealership, parts department, and ask them. They have the diagrams of all their vehicles on their computer, and will give you a print out for free.
Good luck.

I suppose the problem may be the Fram filter. Years ago Fram oil filters had a reputation of being one of the highest quality filters but they have certainly lost that reputation in recent years and now they have a reputation for being one of the lowest quality oil filters and one of the worst. I suppose it is possible that the filter element may have collapsed and that bits of the oil filter element is now in the oil system. I am aware of reports of that happening. If I was you I would not take a chance on clogging an oil channel and I would change that oil again and use a better filter, maybe a WIX, Purolator Pure One, or Mobile 1 oil filter. And although 5W30 motor oil is recommended you can be sure that 10W30 will not be a problem. The 10W30 may register a very slightly higher oil pressure than 5W30 while the engine is running cold but I doubt that it would be enough that you would notice it on a dash type oil gauge because it would only be a couple pounds of additional pressure.
