I have to write a paper about the meaning of this quote, I've gotten quite a bit but it's still not near long enough, any input would be great.

between 10 and 25 - The most important years of your life. Your studies. It's the stepping stone to your future. If u dont get it right, your entire future is at stake. unless u have a knack for business.

20 - 30 Finding your life partner. Involves patience sacrifice, compromises, heartbreaks

20 - 50 Working. The importance of this is manifold. Saving for your future. your children's.

50 - 70 Living a life free of diseases, coping with diseases, old age.

try convincing your reader that the hardest years are between 10 and 70 because the years before 10 are the easiest and being so close to your maker after 70 is so self evident? between 10 and 70 you are just expected to shoulder sooo much responsibility.
