I pay real estate, school taxes, sewage and trash taxes..

You claim the real estate taxes that you actually paid. The real estate and school taxes are property taxes.

The sewage and trash "taxes" are non-deductible charges for services, they're not actual taxes even if they call them so.

You deduct the real estate and school taxes as property taxes.
