Yes you can But you have to go by commercial laws,, Like if you rent a U-haul truck you don't have to have a C.D.L ,,, iF THE SPEED SAYS 65 OR 55 YOU GO 55 THERE CHANGING THE C.D.L LAWS AGAIN
