TALK TO HER FAMILY ABOUT HER PROBLEM. ONE TOUGH THING I HAVE LEARNED IN LIFE IS THAT YOU CANT MAKE ANYONE QUIT ANYTHING UNTIL THEY WANT TO THEIRSELVES. BUT HER FAMILY COULD MAYBE GET HER INTO REHAB IF SHE IS A MINOR. GOOD LUCK TO YOU AND YOUR FRIEND
