when i had a problem with that it was because my conditioner was getting on my back after i washed my hair, but was not getting washed off.
Try washing/conditioning your hair before you wash your back and avoid getting any conditioner on your back, then try using whatever face wash you use on your back...
good luck, have fun

Use a gentle body wash like Netreogena acne for sensitive skin. Be careful not to scrub to hard and cause eruptions which will cause worse scarring and longer healing. If all else fails day of ice back a few hours before dance to cut down any redness and swelling. Also have your mom or a good friend a water proof transfer resistant concealer directlly to problem areas in your shade or lighter with an angled brush(don't have they make angled Q-tips that work well) keep in mind less is more and remember to dab not rub on your concealer- then apply to entire back( or areas that will show when you put on dress) long wearing transfer resistant powder in your shade or you can go a little darker if you want a sun kissed touch just make sure you have a uniform look with the rest of your face and body. I hope this helps-- Have fun at the dance!!

Neem by Bath and Body Works. It works GREAT on boils and pimples (it shrinks boils overnight!) It's worth the $18 because the jar lasts a long time and it's the only think I've tried that truly works.

you should try using a body acne wash (neutragena makes a good bodywash) and also if you condition your hair, you should take a hair tie or clip into the shower with you to pin your hair up while you are let the conditioner set in your hair. (the conditioner is probably clogging your pores) you may also want to get a loofah, that is on a back scrubber. (exfoliating in the hot shower while your pores are open may help)

I would advise using the same routine you have for facial acne (if you have any,) on your back. What I would do is scrub it with a loufa or medicinal scrub (ProActive) and then medicate it with a cream or acne-wipe like you would facial acne.
Keep in mind that it could be any number of things causing your breakout though. From what kind of laundry detergent you use to what sorts of foods you eat...

You will need to enlist help from someone willing to wash your back but Ponds makes a daily exfoliant as well as a weekly exfoliant. Do this daily to get the old skin off your back and it will help with cleaning up that acne. Worked great for my daughter Prom.

You need to go to a dermatologist. They can prescribe you the GOOD STUFF. Actual medicine you can rub on to dry out your problem areas.
Over-the-counter products just can't compete.
