Be yourself. If your someone else, she probably wont like you. Show her your best qualities, make her smile and stuff. Try to be around her, and show her you like her. Just try to charm her, and make her poems and do sweet things around her.

ok ok i got this... talk to her, MAKE EYE CONTACT BUT dont be creepy. pretend your eyes are both connected with taffy. when you look away, just do it sllllooooooooowwwwwwwlllllly. eye contact makes a chemical secrete in you brain. shell mistake this for budding infatuation and if your not a complete butthead this shoud work.
