Drinking milk from a mother's breast has always been part of nature for mammals, including humans. It wasn't "discovered", it just happened as the natural course of things. As for how we discovered we can drink cow's, goat's, milk etc, I assume that people tried it if the mother's milk dried up, or she died, or was unable to feed her baby for whatever reason, and there was no other human "wet nurse" available. They had to try something!
As for pasteurization of cow's milk that we drink today, "The process was named after its inventor, French scientist Louis Pasteur. The first pasteurization test was completed by Pasteur and Claude Bernard on April 20, 1862." I didn't find much about HOW they discovered that, but if you're really interested, you can research this more. Interesting question!
Although.....I just realized that this is in the Jokes & Riddles section....sooooo....do you have a punch line?

My pediatrician said cow's milk is for cows, not people. Not all cultures drink it--like Asians, for instance. Fascinating. But I can't give up my ice cream or chocolate :)

Curiosity. If it comes out of a human breast, let's see what comes out of other things that look like breasts.
