God was created by man. After several attempts at gods. Some bright spark realised that the best one, is one that says that he/she is to be a question of faith. No proof will be offered. Indead god will not help man with natural disasters, such as the Tsunami. Because intervention would proove existance and would render "faith" useless. What a brilliant cop out. The logic goes that "My god exists and because he does nothing to proove himself, this prooves he does exist" A brilliant con to get people hooked. But where is the logic? If I was to hold up my hand and offer to sell you the invisible fairy sitting in it, you would be very stupid to take me up on my offer. And yet that is what happens with god. The god with the best marketing department wins. Sun gods that towed fireary chariots accross the sky were on a looser. The marketing men created what we have now. Just ask the Vatican how much money they have made. The Church Of England has recently used it's financial clout to bully British Airways. If they trully believed in what they teach they would be using their income to help people. Not buying shares in an airline.

As most who believe in God are Christians of some kind or other, Muslims and Jews and their God is the same one though to hear them preach about him you would never think so! They can't say the same one is better than himself!
Other religions have more Gods and will say two heads are better than one!
Wiccans worship a female deity and everyone knows that is the superiour sex!

The answer to this is a simple one. There is only ONE GOD. For example: Take the palm of your hand to represent God. Your fingers represent the different cultures of the world. So all the cultures of the world are really worshipping the one true God. This also applies to Islam. So there you have my interpretation of God. So all that separates us is culture. What a shame we can't be more culture conscious and share our worlds.

My God is Your God as well and everyone's God. God is not many. God is one only. There is no competition between many Gods to become the best. Man is created in the image of God.
Different Gods did not create men according to their power or likings.
If we can compare the God to father and different adherents of faith to his children, then there argument over their God being better than other's God is meaningless. Two brothers arguing over as to only his dad is better than his other brother's dad is meaningless. Obliviously, they are speaking about the same father, but due to their immature childish nature are arguing that only his dad is better than his brother's dad. Father is the same for both the brothers. One son may have a different understanding of the nature of his father than the other son, because father has different natures like jolly, comical, happy, judgmental, stern etc....But, telling that the father is only that and not appreciating the view point of his other brother is sectarian and complete understanding.

My Gods dad is bigger than yours, and he has a better car!!....lol. On a nore serious note......some religions think that their God is THE only one, it's what they believe, leave em to it. I dont think our Gods n Goddesses are better or worse than any other. I see them as the same. It causes to many arguments, even wars etc. I just wish they wouldn't think theirs is better.sounds like school yard behaviour!.
