I am not an expert on posture but karate teaches you to keep your shoulders directly above your hips. This posture keeps your back straight which is healthier that stooping over.

It can, but depends on you. Unless you were going to competitions for forms....you'd probably not notice it as much and sorta forget.

You wanna keep good posture all the time, but most likely your instructor is goign to be paying more attention to if you're blocking , punching, kicking right...whatever else. Maybe once in a while tell you to stop slouching.

I remember during sparring, while i was sitting out. I'd want to keep good posture....but ended up reremining myself to sit up straight....30 seconds later i'd be slouching again.

I used to slouch...pretty bad. My chin would practically touch my chest.... I'd just do this though. Find a spot on the wall. Put your heels against it and then look forward and bring the back of your head to touch the wall. Make sure you are standing up straight...shoulders back. Then walk away from the wall and try to force yourself to stay like that, just walk around the room for a minute, then go back to teh wall and reset your posture....do this a couple times. Lots of improvement just after a week.

My neck and shoulders got really sore at first.... after a month, practically perfect posture. You end up starting to slouch again eventually, if you're lazy like me, but just remember to do that every once in a while.

Depends on how you train.

However I can tell you that it would be more efficient to straighten your posture by giving b low jobs.

See my girl had horrible posture, after a month on her knees she became straight as a board.

dont be conscious of yet now which you convey it up im not slouching anymore. attempt suppporting the decrease back with a pillow to inspire your self to not slouch, it kinda works. or you may get a sort of artwork out balls and take a seat on that, you are able to look retarded yet theres no thank you to slouch.

It depends on what is wrong with it. MA excercise can help a lot of problems. Ask your doctor. This is really a medical question & you need to ask a medical expert.
