You can't, you need the XP CD, and of course a CD drive to run it. Your best bet is to go to Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs and delete the junk programs. Chow

Get a CD-R,CD-RW from a desktop, connect it to a USB, or IDE or whatever Serial Cable IDE ? then good to go.
You may have to open it up to get to a lead, so download any manuals or stuff before you take anything apart.
I have an old AMS Tech that I put BeOS in then I put Win2k on it and the CD is broken.
So I know that is one way that worked for me. The CD is back in the Dell and the dell is still working fine.

Well....you don't. I have only ever seen WinXP installation discs as CD-ROMs. The information that has to be put on your computer is just entirely too large to fit on a floppy. You would need many floppy disks.
Bootdisk.com will only give you a boot disk, hence the name. They're only for booting up your computer if your computer is having a problem with starting up. They will NOT install the software to your computer.

u dont need to reinstall it. do a system restore see how far back u get it. u can go to add remove programs in the control panel remove all the junk and unwanted programs. and delete all the user files u no longer want or need. or external cdrom.

guess u dont, borrow a external cdrom drive. u CAN do it without a cd rom but damn!! takes forever and the files need to be allready in the HDD

you cant,unless you have the software on another drive,such as a second hard drive,or a usb storage device.you will need to 250 to 300 floppys if it were possible.
