my ex(David) broke up with me on the18 and that wed.@church one of his cozs., that has liked me ever since he first met me, asked me out and I said yes and now I don't know if Davis is mad at me or not but I'm so confused that its not even funny any more!!!!!!!!!!!!!HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well if he broke up with you, there should be no reason for him being mad at you for dating his cousin. He has no right to be mad either. Move on with your life, your ex has.
