You'll most likely be fine, and there is nothing that you can do about it now anyways, but wait. If the yogurt was rancid with some sort of bacteria, you would have smelled it, or tasted it. Companies usually UNDERESTIMATE the expiration date so that you'll be more likely to buy their product again - soon. They also want to "cover their butt" so that if someone does get a belly ache from their "expired" food, they can say it wasn't their fault. All you can do is wait and try not to think about it. If you start to run a fever or experience vomiting, then make sure you get to the doc right away and explain what happened. By the way - DEC 6!!! clean out your fridge!!! :-)

I ate some yogurt that was about 2 weeks after the exp. date. I ended up with a stomach ache and lots of burping. It was pretty uncomfortable. I tried Pepcid first. It didn't help much and probably isn't the right thing to take anyway. Pepto helped, but only for about 20 minutes after I took each dose. It finally dawned on me that I should be drinking water to flush my system out. That helped a lot, and not long after I started feeling better. Hope this info helps someone else in the same situation.

If it doesn't look or smell funny you should be OK. Yogurt is just a mix of bacteria anyway. If you're really unsure, call the 800 # on the conatiner (there should be one). You'll know in the next 24 hrs. if you have food poisoning or not.

Most products are good for weeks after the expiration date. If it didn't smell bad or taste bad it was probably fine. So, relax.

Don't worry. :) If there isn't any mold and it doesn't look like there's anything wrong with it, it's probably okay. Expiration dates are usually way off, and food can usually last a month or two after them.

QUICK!! CALL 9-1-1!!
Ha.
Nothing is going to happen to you. If it didn't taste bad or smell bad, I am sure it was fine. If it was spoiled, you would have known and stopped after the first bite.
