i guess you're both stuck.

write him a note. tell him how you feel. that's what i did, and now we're married. i was much older than you, but it worked. plain and simple, no mush.

If you know he likes you for sure then tell one of your friends to tell him. If he answers back with an answer you liked, get to know eachother and by time, it'll slip out. good luck!
