well i have had almost four of these before and each time i tried pop it and all that came out was an oil looking substance. it then turned into a scab and i need to know what it is. i have one currently and i haven't touched it because i know what will happen and i wash my face daily now because there is obviously something wrong with my skin. my mom will not take me to the dermatologist either. im not sure what to do to prevent these and it hurts a little when i press on it and sometimes the bum goes away if i put enough pressure on it but it comes back and it still stays red. what should i do??

Sounds like a pimple. This is a deep pimple and takes the longest to go away. Other people and expert say not to pop it. But I had been popping them all my life and found that only popping it is the only solution. It requires a lot of skill and courage. If you pop, you must be very clean. Take a needle and put it over a fire to kill any germs and do not touch it with you finger. Tae a tissue to wipe the black burns. Clean you skin and then use the needle to poke it to the depth of the pimple. You will see that there is some diluted blood comes out. Or lightly take you fingers and squeeze the pimple from both side in. It may hurt a little but you will see more yuky things come out. The trick is apply sufficient pressure but not extremely hard. Too little pressure, the pimps fluid will not come out. Two hard of pressure will really bruise the skin. You need to maintain pressure and slowly let the pressue push the pimple fluid out. You know you done a good job when the pimple feels correct. Difficult to explain until you try it out.

Anyway, I must say again that most expert and people say it is very bad to pop pimples. Therefore, do it at your own risk. But these are my experiences and it work all the time. Recently, I tried to leave a deep pimple as the expert says and let it go away. It had already been 1 months and there is still a mark and a hard area. Normally, if I pop it, it will be a done job within a few days. But, I am trying to compare to the experts and see the difference. Again, I must say you must do it at your own risk because I not know if your bump is indeed a pimple.

i think you have abig red zits showing up pretty soon . cause i had that before and my mom told me i dont even touch it or squeeze it either cause if i did she said , that it will make more on my face again . so i leaved it alone . i dont have it any more cause i just washed my face with soap every day to clean my skin. so well that theyre gone and also put some fresh lime juices all over my cheeks and forehead and chin every nights leave it til next day i washed and later on my red face got clear up. so if you think youre having any thing like that lately then dont touch it or you will have some more red bumps like zits . if youre face feel hurting i would just use a ice cube on it so the bump will slow it down it does work too .

A mole? Don't try to 'pop' a mole, you'll just irritate it and it'll be really sore. Sometimes skin discolorations and bumps are normal, benign skin eruptions. I'm not sure, but sounds like you might be young enough to ask your school nurse to take a look at it.... Just to be sure.
I've got a mole on my face too... I try to think of it as a beauty spot.

Sounds like a zit. Talk your mom into at least getting you some non-prescription face creme.

It sounds like a deep pimple. When you feel one starting, if you'll apply Neosporin a couple of times a day, it should help it go away quickly.
