Sadly, I do think forgiveness is slowly becoming a forgotten concept for Christians. Most are too hooked on judging others forgetting that Christ told them to take the plank out of their own eye so they could see to remove the speck in their brother's eye.
We forget just how grateful we should be that God has been ever patient waiting for us to repent and we need to be just as patient in dealing with others' shortcomings. We have forgotten to be humble.
