Yes, you can because I worked at Target. You can use them at almost all major locations such as Walmart, Target, Kmart.

Target, Walmart, Kmart, etc. all accept coupons for food, toiletries and just about anything you have a coupon for. Some places even have double coupons.

oh yes most all chain stores do, they get reimbursed from the manufacturer. There are some Target's that have groceries ,called Super Targets.

you can use them at target, but coperate just implemented a new rule, if it doesn't scan, they can't override it anymore. Make sure its EXACTLY what is says and that it hasn't expiered.
