Best way to deal with this is by seeing a hair dresser that deals with thich hair all the time.
My hair is extreamly thick but does not t look it so most hardressers dont cut it right and so it becomes more of a hassel.
I also find layering is one of the best options

there really isn't a way unless you thin it out when you get a hair cut
which sometimes people get unhappy because oif the acquard layering but if your with a descent hairstylist it shouldn't be a problem

there's no really way to make your hair the way you want, because it's the way your body works.
and also there is NO ONE ON EARTH who is american american- background. becuase no one was born in the United States. People found the US and moved there.... so you can't be american american...

keep a relaxer in it and stay away from hair thickening products.

straighten you hair a lot and it will get thicker everytime
