Why not ask the woman what it is exactly she wants. Most men believe they know exactly how to please a woman. This is not true in most cases. Just ask and go from there.

LISTEN TO HER! And not just to what she says verbally but also through body language. You have to give her 110% of your attention. Women are not that hard to please as long as you know what to look for and give it to her. Some women will be quite verbal and tell you exactly what they want. While others are a bit more shy. You have to look out for these the most. For example, if she wants you to touch a certain part of her body she will involuntary move that part closer to her. But if you are with her only to "get yours" then you will not notice and rush right over the spot that could have her screaming in ecstasy. I am happy to say that I had several women compliment me on my "skills". But in the end I feel a little guilty because I did not do anything over the top with them. I simply paid a attention to them and gave them what they wanted, when they wanted it.
Also keep in mind that if you are in a situation where it looks like you two will be getting intimate then put the brakes on yourself. You do not have to rush and "do her" for fear of her changing her mind. If she has allowed you get that far with her then she has already said to herself that she is going to let you "get lucky". As such you do not need to rush with her. Take your time and enjoy her and the experience. It is always so much better when you take it slowly.

Men can dress up like a police or fire fighter before having sex. Maybe strip a little you feel me. I bet when if I would just strip in front of my girl and move a little that will make sex a little bit interesting ....cause my girl would be turn on... Hope that helps....

Take a a lot of satisfaction in pleasing the woman. Make that your main goal. This, in turn, will make her want to please you. Going slow is an excellent suggestion. Being patient and loving is very important

take it slow... slowly undress her then pick her up and carry her to your bed and lay her down and kiss her long and good. and then start with the dirty deeds. this is where you get to move fast.lol. then a hot shower and a cigarette is always a good breather before round two!
