This guy "Jake" and I hung out saturday night for the first time, we went to the park and pushed, poked and had contests on slides. When he dropped me off he gave me a a hug that lasted like 10 seconds.. then after he left he came back and said he lost his phone, after looking in his car he found it, ran back and gave me another big hug. But then at the end of the night i texted him asking what he thought of my looks and he told me i was good.
Do you think he likes me or not?

Sounds pretty flirty to me.
But you do want him to like you for more than just your looks, right? He sounds like he's looking for excuses to be near you - which is good! Just remember to play it cool and not text him all the time, or he may feel like you're clingy. And questions like that may make him feel awkward, because he probably doesn't know why you're asking them. But, good luck :)

definetley likes you. i say go for it. im 16 and thats how i act around girls i love. but he could be using you, makes sure hes not a player, or just wants to get in your pants.

after only hanging out once, it's hard to tell..
