Ok, first of all NEVER feel insecure in bed. Even if you don't truly know why he gets off so quickly..just go with the reason that its because you are so damn good! And routine happens to all of us. Try to wear something sexy, role play, use ice, use toys.Just try things that you never have before, even if it makes you a little uncomfortable at first...you may find something that you truly enjoy. Some guys are just realy sensitive so it's hard to control this sort of thing. Try different positions, you may find that he lasts longer in certain positions. Also, one thing is, make sure he doesn't lock his knees. When a guy's knees are locked it makes way easier to orgasm, so it happens very quickly. Have him squat, etc., so his knees are bent and he'll last longer. Finally, if nothing else works, have him get the condoms that have a special desensitizing solution on them, it makes it harder for a guy to orgasm, but doesn't prevent it, so he'll go quite a bit longer and should still have a longer orgasm, just don't expect him to go for a second round soon after, like you could without this stuff. He's not trying to finish faster, it's that your body is meant to be the exact perfect feel for a guy, best in nature. It's going to take him longer the more often you two get it on, and get him off before intercourse, he'll last longer the 2nd and 3rd time.

First of all, you need to get your man a penis ring so when he finishes he can finish pleasing you too. It's both. Men dont last very long. Whether its what you do, or what hes doing for himself. So its not just him trying to have it done with. Try more foreplay. That'll make it last longer. Not just for you, but for him too. When you sense that hes almost ready to climax, stop whatever it is your doing, then its his turn to please you.
